By creating an employer profile or posting job openings on our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration and Account Creation
- Employers are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date company information.
- Proxima reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information submitted and may request additional documents or details for verification purposes.
- Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or permanent termination of the employer account without prior notice.
2. Subscription and Payment
- Certain services on the Proxima Job Portal may require the purchase of a subscription or activation package.
- Subscription fees, once paid, are non-refundable, as they are charged to maintain portal operations and service infrastructure.
- Packages are activated immediately upon successful payment through the payment gateway. In case of technical issues or delays, Proxima’s technical team will manually activate the account.
- Proxima reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any subscription plan or fee structure without prior notice.
3. Job Posting and Recruitment Ethics
- Employers must post genuine and accurate job vacancies only.
- Employers are strictly prohibited from requesting or collecting any form of money, deposits, or fees from candidates for placement.
- If Proxima receives a complaint regarding monetary demands or unethical hiring practices, Proxima reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the employer’s account.
- Employers must ensure that all job postings comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
4. Use of Candidate Data
- Candidate information obtained through the Proxima Job Portal must be used solely for recruitment purposes.
- Employers shall not share, sell, distribute, or misuse candidate data for marketing, solicitation, or any non-recruitment activity.
- Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action as per applicable data protection laws.
5. Confidentiality
- Employers agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information, data, and credentials obtained from Proxima.
- Login credentials must not be shared with third parties. Employers are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
- Employers are required to inform the Proxima recruitment team when a candidate sourced through the Proxima Job Portal is successfully placed.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Proxima serves as a digital platform that connects employers with potential candidates and does not participate in the recruitment process directly.
- Employers are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, qualifications, and suitability of candidates before making hiring decisions.
- Proxima shall not be liable for any losses, damages, disputes arising between employers and candidates.
- Proxima shall not be responsible for any legal disputes or employment-related issues between the employer and candidate.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
- Proxima reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any employer account found violating these Terms or engaging in unethical practices.
- Proxima may also remove job postings or content that are found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of applicable laws or Proxima’s policies.
- Proxima reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. Public Display of Information
- By registering on the Proxima Job Portal, you consent to the publication of your company name, logo, website, and basic profile information on our platform.
- This information will be visible to all registered job seekers and visitors of the Proxima Job Portal for the purpose of promoting transparency and enhancing recruitment opportunities.
- Employers are responsible for ensuring that any content, logo, or branding provided does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
