By registering or activating a subscription package on our platform, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration and Subscription
- Candidate registration on the Proxima Job Portal is free of cost.
- Charges apply only for package activation, as per the subscription plan selected by the candidate.
- Proxima does not charge any placement or service fee after successful placement of a candidate.
2. Package Activation and Payment
- Before purchasing a package, candidates must ensure that suitable job openings are available on the Proxima Job Portal.
- Packages are activated instantly upon successful payment through the integrated payment gateway.
- In case of any technical delays, our technical team will manually activate the package.
- All package fees are non-refundable; as such fees are charged to maintain the job portal’s technical infrastructure.
3. Accuracy of Information
- Candidates must provide accurate and genuine information during registration and throughout the use of the portal.
- If Proxima finds that any information provided is false, misleading, or non-genuine, Proxima reserves the right to suspend or terminate the candidate’s subscription without prior notice.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Candidates must not share login credentials (username, password, etc.) with any other individual.
- Candidates are strictly prohibited from sharing client details, job vacancies, or any other confidential information obtained through the Job Portal with your friends, colleagues, WhatsApp groups, or social media platforms.
- Any misuse of the portal or violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription and blacklisting from future access.
5. Reporting Misconduct
- If any employer requests money or other compensation for job placement, the candidate must report such instances to the Proxima team immediately.
- Proxima will investigate such reports and take appropriate action as deemed
6. Subscription and Policy Changes
- Proxima reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any subscription plan without prior notice.
7. Job Offer Notification
- Candidates are required to inform the Proxima recruitment team once they have been successfully placed through the Proxima Job Portal.
8. Termination
- Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions will lead to immediate cancellation of the subscription without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Proxima acts only as an intermediary platform that connects candidates with potential employers and does not guarantee any job offer.
- Candidates are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of the job offer.
- Proxima shall not be liable for any loss, damage, fraud or other consequences arising between candidates and employers.
- Proxima shall not be responsible any legal disputes, employment-related issues, or contractual disagreements that may arise between the candidate and any organization or employer.
